Marbella - The Place to be

Marbella has consistently proven itself an ideal place to purchase property, both as a delightful place in which to live, and for significant growth on capital investment.

Every winter the British, Irish, Scandinavians, Dutch, Belgians and Germans come to Marbella for the winter sun and golf. Protected by the high sierras, Marbella has a micro-climate of warm, dry weather. The renowned infrastructure has recently opened up the west end of the southern coastline. The new highway has taken traffic away from the residential areas, and created quick, easy access to the two international airports of Málaga and Gibraltar which serve the area. Major new shopping malls, fashion boutiques, restaurants and night clubs exist in all the towns along the coast. For those who prefer a quiet life, the countryside a few kilometres into the hills, remains as it has for hundreds of years with small white villages the homes of the true Andalusian folk.

The mild climate, excellent infrastructure, and picturesque countyside has traditionally made Marbella a prime destination for nothern Europeans.

And the expanding European marketplace provides healthy demographics regarding future purchasers for Marbella homes. Anyone who lives in a northern city needs a place in the sun to escape to in winter. There is nowhere better than Marbella.
