Recently renovated property Villa zum Verkauf in Nueva Andalucia

Villa, Nueva Andalucia – The villa sits across three terraced levels that follow the slope rather than fight it. Living space opens through floor-to-ceiling glass onto covered terraces on every floor. The main living room takes light from two sides and carries the sea on the horizon; the kitchen looks out at the same water while you cook. Outdoor living is treated as real living. A louvred pergola shades a full outdoor kitchen and a table for eight, one door from the indoor kitchen. Below it, the pool and jacuzzi sit in a landscaped garden of mature olive
and palm, enclosed by clipped hedge on every side. Built in 1989 and recently renovated throughout, the house has been {nished in a calm, current material palette: pale stone floors, marble bathrooms, a black-mosaic hammam on the lower level. It is sold fully
furnished, and keys are held for viewings. A gated community in La Cerquilla, the elevated pocket at the centre of Nueva
Andalucía’s Golf Valley. The position is what the address is about: high enough on the slope to look south and east over the valley and out to the sea, with La Concha in full view behind. Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha golf courses are all within a few minutes. Aloha College and the international schools sit on the same side of the valley, and Puerto Banús, the beach and San Pedro de Alcántara are a short drive down the hill.
